Metricon Homes have recently unveiled two brand new Designer Range display homes, the Qualia 33 and the Phoenix 40MR, in Chisholm, Maitland, NSW. I had the pleasure of viewing both display homes at their wonderful launch evening. The Qualia 33 is a primarily contemporary home, whilst the Phoenix 40MR is Hamptons-inspired - both perfectly complimenting the Hunter region and available in varying floor plans and interior/exterior finishes.
