I had the pleasure of viewing both display homes at their wonderful launch evening. The Qualia 33 is a primarily contemporary home, whilst the Phoenix 40MR is Hamptons-inspired - both perfectly complimenting the Hunter region and available in varying floor plans and interior/exterior finishes.

Qualia 33

Perfect for families looking to enjoy the lush open space offered by the Hunter region, the Qualia 33 is a four-bedroom single-storey home available in 3 different floor plans and 6 varying facades to choose from.
